Hey, it happens!

We know life can get hectic.  You’re trying to check your account balances and BAM…you can’t think of your password for online and mobile banking.  Talk about a downer and the ultimate frustration! 

Luckily, you can reset your password from online banking if you know the following information:

  • Username
  • Last 4 digits of your Social Security number
  • Your email address

TIP: Make sure to use State Bank’s online banking portal to reset your password. The feature is currently not available within the mobile banking app, but will be coming soon.
