e-Statements and Telephone Banking offer more ways to manage your money

More convenience in managing your own money is never a bad thing. At State Bank, we want to give you as many ways as possible to be in control of your finances. In addition to all of our e-Services, we also offer e-Statements and Telephone Banking.


Tired of organizing paper statements? Review your monthly bank statements online with e-Statements!

When you are enrolled in e-Statements, you will receive an email notification when your monthly statement is available.  Simply open the password protected document to view your statement, or login to your Online Banking account to review your bank statement. Everything is organized for you electronically behind industry standard security, no filing or shredding necessary!

Telephone Banking

If you aren’t an Online Banking customer or can’t get to a computer, Telephone Banking allows you to access your accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week. By dialing in to 888-999-0238, you are able to:

  • Check balances and cleared transactions
  • Transfer funds
  • Confirm deposits or withdrawals
