Using Mobile Banking Makes Sense

Have you ever wished you could transfer money between your checking and savings account, pay bills or simply check your account balances from your phone? With Mobile Banking, you can do all of that, plus:

  • View your transaction history
  • Send money
  • Find information for our ATMs and branches


You also have the power to deposit checks without having to come to State Bank using the Mobile Deposit feature.


Using Mobile Deposit

Using Mobile Deposit from State Bank is a simple, five-step process:

  1. After launching the State Bank Mobile Banking App and selecting Mobile Deposit, take a picture of the front of the check.
  2. Flip the check over, endorse it with your signature AND “For Mobile Deposit Only”, and take a photo of the back of the check.
  3. Type in the amount of the check.
  4. Select which checking or savings account you want it deposited to.
  5. Submit the deposit and relax as your money is deposited electronically into your account.


All you have to do in order to use Mobile Deposit is have an Online Banking account with State Bank and use Mobile Banking. 


Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit are secured behind multiple layers of authentication and security. Since setting up Mobile Banking requires a personal activation code and password, you can rest assured knowing your information won’t end up in the wrong hands.
